The conference Big vs. Small – Fundamentality in Things, Thought, and Language will take place at the University of Hamburg, July 19 and July 20. The conference will address various debates involving the notion of fundamentality in metaphysics, epistemology, and the philosophy of language. Confirmed speakers include:

The conference is organised by Katharina Felka, Miguel Hoeltje, and Alexander Steinberg, and supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the Körber Foundation.
Everyone is welcome to attend the conference. However, as places are limited, we ask prospective participants to register by using an online-form that is available here (don’t be alarmed: due to wordpress limitations it’s on a different domain). Registration is open from March 16 until July 1.
